NOTICE TO PUBLIC

On the 5^th day of April, 2004, at 4:30 p.m., at the City Hall, Lavonia, Georgia, a hearing will be held upon the Petition of Mildred Royston, Petitioner, to rezone from R-1 to B-2, the lands at 12879 Jones Street, in the City of Lavonia, Franklin County, Georgia, being more particularly described by Warranty Deed recorded at Book 228, Page 365, and Plat Book 4, Page 88, Franklin County Records. All having an interest in this Petition should be present.
