NOTICE TO PUBLIC

On the 7^th day of June, 2004, at 4:30 p.m., at the City Hall, Lavonia, Georgia, a hearing will be held upon the Petition of John A. Cascone and Cora E. Cascone, Petitioners, to rezone from R-1 to R-2, the lands at 5280 Vickery Street, in the City of Lavonia, Franklin County, Georgia, be more particularly described by Warranty Deed recorded at Book 259, Page 39 and Plat Book 16, Page 95, Franklin County Records. All having an interest in this Petition should be present.
