NOTICE PURSUANT TO O.C.G.A. SECTION 32-6-193.1

Please be advised that the City of Lavonia will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition filed by Hartwell Railroad Company to eliminate a grade crossing on Adams Street by a physical removing of the grade crossing and barricading or removing the approaches thereto. The public hearing will be held on the 07 day of June, 2004, at 5:00 P.M., at the City Hall of the City of Lavonia
