LUMP SUM UTILITY AGREEMENT – Water and Sanitary Sewer

BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Lavonia, and it is hereby resolved, that the foregoing attached Agreement, relative to Project EDS-IM-545(19), P.I. No. 122080 for the relocation of water and sanitary sewer facilities and other appurtenances in the City of Lavonia in Franklin County, be entered into by the City of Lavonia and that Ralph M. Owens as Mayor and Angela Greer as City Clerk, be and they are, thereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and in behalf of said Mayor and City Council of the City of Lavonia.
