WHEREAS, the City of Lavonia wishes to revise certain sanitation rates,

THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved by the Council of the City of Lavonia the following:

1.

Dumpster rates are revised as follows:

6 Cu. Yard Dumpster $95.00

8 Cu. Yard Dumpster $95.00

4 Cu. Yard Dumpster $67.50

This Resolution becomes effective on the _________ day of ______________, 2004.
