Mr. Macomson is currently serving in his first term as a councilmember, having been elected to Post 4 in November, 2003.  Mr. Macomson is employed as a science teacher at Franklin County High School, and also practices veterinary medicine at Lavonia Animal Hospital, on East Main Street.  He resides at 222 Bartson Street, and oversees the Fire Department.
