SURPLUS VEHICLES

The City of Lavonia will accept bids on the following surplus vehicles until 4:30 p.m. on August 02, 2004. Bids will be opened at the regular City Council Meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. the same day. Bid forms may be obtained at Lavonia City Hall located at 12221 Augusta Road, Lavonia, GA 30553, 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Vehicles are located in the front parking lot of City Hall and may be inspected at any time.

The City of Lavonia reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Accepted bids must be settled in cash with the City Clerk by 5 p.m. on August 03, 2004. Bid vehicles will be sold in as is, where is condition with no warranties expressed or implied.
